2 Registration & Account Terms

To open an account with pk6, the following conditions must be met:

Each individual is allowed only One pk6 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.
Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.
Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification Policy

Pk6 is committed to responsible gaming, which is why age verification is a top priority for us.

To open an account at pk6, the registrant must be 18 years of age or older years of age.
Pk6 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
Withdrawals may be on hold until age verification is complete.
If a minor's account is detected, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

Deposits are usually processed instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
If your deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact pk6 support.
You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit.
Depositing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Always provide the correct reference number when making a deposit. An incorrect reference may delay the crediting of funds.

5 Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from pk6:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
Maximum Withdrawal: Per Day ৳5,00,000
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
Identity verification may be required upon your first withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the registered mobile banking number.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
Pk6 may temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk6 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, all of which are subject to the following terms:

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are listed on the bonus page.
The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
Bonus funds must be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in account closure.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be active simultaneously.
Pk6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Example: To withdraw winnings from the 200% welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the original deposit amount.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on pk6:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Minimum bet amount: ৳100
Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the sport and market.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk6 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
In the event of any dispute over results, the official scoreboard shall be considered final.
Single, accumulator, and system bets — all betting types are available on pk6.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Pk6 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

Attempting to create multiple accounts.
Registering with false information.
Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
Transferring funds from another person's account or engaging in collaborative betting.
Attempting to hack pk6's systems or software.
Upon legal instruction or direction from a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, verified funds will be returned; however, bonuses and any earnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

Pk6 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want our members to enjoy betting as entertainment, not as an addiction.

Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop if losses exceed a specified amount.
Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily self-exclude your account for a set period of time.
Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

Step 3: If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours via email, pk6's dispute resolution team will follow up.
In all disputes, pk6's decision shall be considered final.

12 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Pk6 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time.

For significant changes, you will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
Minor changes may be made with a notice posted on the website.
Continued use of pk6 after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
